How to use guide:

Step 1: Hold the top or base with two stationary hands (two holes at the bottom for easy handling).

Step 2: Pull to extend the lower part. Make sure it is fully extended, then slightly twist the bottom counter-clockwise (~10°) to secure.

Step 3: Insert a bag into the jar, then insert the ring cap on top of the liner. The jar is now ready to use.
