A baking rack ideal for cooling pastry products such as: biscuits, muffins, puff pastries and cakes etc. It is easy to use and very practical for work. To use it, when the preparation is out of the oven, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes, then unmold it and leave it on the rack until it is completely cold.
